The purpose of this website is to provide current or potential heat pump installers (“Installers”) with information about third-party organisations offering “Start at Home” schemes (“Scheme Organisers”), which may enable Installers to receive a free heat pump and expert support with installing it in their own home; allowing them to build their skills and confidence with this equipment.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information which we may collect via the website. If you don’t agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please don’t use this website.

The information, materials and logos on this website (excluding any links to third-party organisations) belong to Nesta, our partners or licensors. We make no representation or warranty about the content, including in relation to non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

The purpose of the content on the website is to provide information only and Nesta will not be liable for any decisions that you make as a result of reviewing the content or interacting with Scheme Organisers. Nesta makes no warranty or representation in respect of the accuracy or completeness of any information included on our website. Further, Nesta is under no obligation to update such information and does not provide any representation or warranty that it will remain up to date. More specifically, Nesta acknowledges that other schemes may exist of which we are either not aware of or which do not provide both a free heat pump and installation support and which are therefore not included on our website. Nesta makes no comparison between, or assessment of, the offerings of any Scheme Organisers included on our website. 

Nesta will not exclude any liability we may have in the unlikely event we have been fraudulent or if we are negligent and as a result we cause death or personal injury in connection with this website.

This indemnity shall only apply if and to the extent that the claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses have been caused by your breach of obligations under these Terms.

We are not responsible for content posted on the website or shared offline by users and/or third parties. The views expressed are not necessarily the views of Nesta or our partners.
