Find a Start at Home scheme
Start at Home is an initiative that brings together scheme organisers that help heating engineers to install a government-funded heat pump* at home - so you can try it yourself, master the install, and be ready for tomorrow’s heating jobs.

Start with Grant is fully funded through the government BUS grant which will be applied for and claimed through our umbrella partnership with Heat Pump Go.
Installers cannot remove the heat pump or equipment supplied by Grant UK as part of the Start with Grant scheme to sell or re-install it in another house. This will be a breach of the terms and conditions and will result in the full BUS grant being recovered from the installer.

Alto Assured Start At Home is fully funded through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant throughout England and Wales, which will be applied for by Alto Energy prior to installation and redeemed following commissioning. Alto Assured Start At Home is fully funded through the Home Energy Scotland grant in Scotland.
Alto Energy can design and supply underfloor heating systems alongside the heat pump.
£1000 cashback for heat pumps up to 8kW and £500 for 8.5kW-12kW. Higher output heat pumps are available, a contribution towards costs may be required.
